Tammy’s Life-Changing Decision

She spent 14 months at Windsor Lane Center in Gibsonburg, where she met her husband, who sadly passed away in 2023. Tammy underwent weight loss surgery in late 2022 and now weighs 285 pounds (129 kg), marking an incredible transformation.

By the end of season three in January 2022, Tammy’s brother, Chris Combs, revealed that she had lost 115 pounds (52 kg) during rehab in Ohio. Tammy later hinted at her ongoing progress in a TikTok post.
Starting at around 600 pounds (272 kg) in January 2020, Tammy’s weight fluctuated throughout the show. She showcased her slimmer figure nearly every day while relaxing by the pool with her friend Haley Michelle. Haley shared a photo on her Instagram of Tammy smiling in a navy blue swimsuit, looking happy and relaxed. She was celebrating her friend’s incredible success.
